Bigger and Better

The company has a management development programme that has now facilitated the development of 6 consultants to Partnership Level. Recport continues to grow and recruit in search of its next leaders.

The Future is Bright

We invest significantly in training and development. There is the development of a learning management system and one-to-one training which trains consultants how to become the best recruitment consultants they can be. We invest in management development and promote several high performers to partner level.

Our Team is Growing 

Our team reaches 35 team members and still has that burning ambition to continue to deliver the best roles to our candidates. With continued investment in tools and training. The Recport Team established a new consultancy in Malta, Accelerate Finance and Legal Recruitment.

Access Healthcare Opens

Our family expands yet again, as we open two new recruitment agencies. A group of entrepreneurial consultants create a new specialised Nursing and Healthcare Recruitment Consultancy.

Engage People is established and focuses on the finance and legal recruitment sectors.

Recport – A Bigger Future

Archer becomes the foundation of a key member of a group of specialist recruitment consultancies, Recport.com. This group of specialist recruitment consultancies allows our team to focus on being specialists in their industry whilst having the financial and training support of a larger organisation.

Archer IT Recruitment Malta

Archer opens an IT Recruitment company on the sunny Mediterranean island of Malta. That new market presents a few challenges but our IT-focused approach and our solid training systems allow us to develop Recruitment Consultant skills to the high standard that we have always aspired to.

Strategic Focus on IT Recruitment

We make one of our most important strategic decisions. Recognising a market need that was going unfulfilled, we decide to focus purely on IT recruitment. Our candidates and clients wanted a deeper, specialised understanding.

Archer Opens its Doors

The founders of Archer opened its doors in Dublin, Ireland. After careers with International Recruitment Companies, there were just two partners, an office, a PC, a phone and big ambitions. Even LinkedIn was just getting started. We start to build a team of highly professional and conscientious consultants who want to focus on delivering an outstanding service to clients and candidates.
